With a hands-on approach, clients are taught how to change their thinking and get the fundamental building blocks of the music business in order. It’s not just watching a YouTube video, it’s getting the “science lab” experience of changing yourself and becoming an actual CEO in this music industry.
FIMM Academy was created so up-and-coming music creators, managers, indie labels, etc.… wouldn’t have a learning curve to get through when they’re starting out or just trying to figure out how to break the code.
This service was created so that creatives can be set up to get paid from day one.
When asked about why he was so passionate about this project, CeoSelf says “I’ve failed enough so that everyone else doesn’t have to. I’ve been through every inch of this industry and have probably made every mistake humanly possible. Now, I want to teach and motivate others who are in my shoes and show them how to skip over the many hard lessons I had to get through. Each one, teach one!”
Clients can book one session at a time or they can take part in the coaching program which is 15 sessions of one-on-one sessions where most clients go from not knowing who they are to business owners with a new outlook on life, a reframed mind, measurable and obtainable goals with the knowledge of how to execute their goals and their music careers.
