Atlanta, GA — Belcher Triplets from Ola High School in McDonough, Georgia have graduated summa cum laude, each with a perfect 4.0 GPA! The school and their parents are so proud of the three outstanding students.
Kendall, Kolby, and Sydney Belcher are not only excelling academically but also strategically positioning themselves for future success, were dually enrolled in college while still in high school. As a result, they commenced their college journey with approximately a year’s worth of credits already under their belts.
“I’m very happy and proud of them,” their mother Cathey Belcher told the Henry Herald.
The triplets started learning as early as 3-years old when their parents taught them to read and write.
“They took off from there,” Cathey said. “They knew they were expected to do their best and never settle for a B or C grade when they could get an A.”
The three are attending college, and reaching different careers.
Sydney is attending Georgia State University to become a nurse and one day work in the hematology/oncology department of a children’s hospital. Kolby is also attending Georgia State University and plans to pursue a marketing career. Kendall is attending Gordon State College and aims for a career in the financial services industry.
Expressing her excitement about their college journey, Cathey remarked, “We’re encouraging them to keep doing what they’ve been doing and reminding them to always give back to their community.”
